Is this hornwort salvageable? It seems to have a few growing "buds" but other than that it looks brown and lifeless.

What do you guys think?

I leave my hornwort floating, gets a lot of light, maybe letting it float would give it a boost.

+1 what do you have to lose. It might come back

The only problem letting it float is that the filter will suck it up...it's only a 2.5g. I'm running a 10w 6500k bulb for about 11 hrs a day, it is also getting ferts. A lot of it looks like it is starting to grow back. I was just worried and wanted input! Thanks guys!

When my hornwort started to die, the needles all fell off and created the biggest mess....good luck with yours!

Yeah many of the needles did fall off. I cleaned them easily though. It seems to me that it didn't die when they fell off though...it seemed to just start to grow new ones today...
