Hey I'm new to the planted world and my java fern is sprouting new leaves out of the old ones! How should I remove them or should i? And my wisteria is growing roots and I have no idea what to do! And one more question does my salvinia look ok? I'm running my finnex 24/7 for about 5 hours on max then the rest of the time on very low!

The wisteria and ludwigia can be cut in between two nodes (leaf sections) and then replanted into the substrate. What you clipped from will grow new shoots. The Java fern can be left alone until it has more leaves or until it releases itself from the mother mother plant. I don't know too much about floaters, but they look good. If you find the stem plants suffering you might remove some of the floaters to help them get more light.
