I need help with plant identification

I am working on an Iwagumi layout for my 29 gallon. In adition to aquaria I really enjoy bansai. So here is the plan. I am looking for a tree like aquatic plant. something that grows a "trunk". Or leaves that grow off of a stalk instead of from the base of the plant. Any Ideas?? It will have a Big buddah stone and then two smaller stones set in glosso or ricca. The "tree" will grow from the largest stone. It doesnt matter to me if the plant i pick can grow "attatched" to a rock or not. I know how to make most plants attatch to stone.

I think your best bet would be an Anubias.
