I got a new plant from lfs not to long ago it's not a ludwigia they called it something that started with an a

Are you absolutely sure it isn't ludwigia because it looks exactly like ludwigia narrow leaf

And you should space the stems out like 1 inch apart so the lower part of the stem doesn't rot

The lfs person had it marked like a month or more ago that it was something that started with an a and I just can't remember anymore of the name I got it real small just like 4 stems together in a led weight and I took the led off and planted it and in medium light no co2 it has grown like crazy tons of new sprouts sprouting off above the leaves and grown to about 10inch long so far when it was like 4 is it ludwigia they just don't know it ? And if so or if not how can I take those new stems to plant and when?
