is this blue green algae?

I'm not sure that is is for sure, because I feel my amanos are eating at it, and I don't think they eat bga..I think it looks cool, but should I remove this
(First saw when I started c02)

Green dust algae. Happens in every tank.

So if its green dust, when it becomes the zoo-spores, would my vampire shrimp filter some from the water column? It seems that this isn't really a troublesome algae, and I think it looks nice, so I may let it grow on just that rock for now lol
