Is This Cheap?

I ran across this site. It looks suspiciously poorly designed, but it is in my area so I can check them out. The question I have is whether it is a good price. It looks good to me, but I haven't figured out where else to look for stuff.

I have dealt with aquacave before, never a problem. Those Milwaukee regulators are all over ebay under 80.00 too.
