Is this overstocked

I have a 20 gallon fish tank and planning on having
10 neons already have 7
3 kuhli loaches have all 3 already
4 corydoras salt and pepper have 2 at the moment
8 cherry shrimp
And 1 dwarf gourami
Would this be overstocked and if so what should I take out.
This is a planted tank, my filter is an aquaclear 30

Doesn't seem overstocked to me IMO. As long as you do like weekly 30% water changes you should b fine

Not overstocked. But my suggestion would be to up your filtration. Like an AC50 or two AC30's. And I second the 30-35% water changes a week.

Not over stocked IMO .
I would switch out the Dwarf gourami for another r small gourami like the honey ,licorice ,
sparkling or chocolate.
DG can be mean and a large % are already infected with Dwarf Gourami Iridovirus [ DGI ].
