Java Moss

I've heard Java moss will grow on most things in an aquarium. Will it grow on plastic decorations?

I have this one plastic cave which my fish actually love, but it is sort of ugly and I'd like to make it look more "natural" by growing something on it, if possible.

Java moss will grow on most anything. Christmas or flame moss seems to attach better IME, but java will work.

Do either of those grow in low light and without aid (e.g. CO2, fertilizer, etc.)?

Any moss will do fine with any light and no ferts. Might not grow lightning quick but should do okay

java moss will attach to almost anything.in my 10 its growing around the gravel.
