Java moss

Just after some advice about what's growing on my java moss, my tank is newly cycled and the java moss went in about half way through. It seems to have debris or some form of algae through it but have no idea as to what or how to fix it. Any suggestions would be appreciated, also any fertilizer recommdatons I'm in Australia so can't get everything you guys in the US can such as easy green thanks
