java moss question

I just got some java moss for my shrimp, do I have to worry about it taking over??? I have heard it will grow in a toilet...lol.

Lol. If you don't keep it trimmed it will keep growing and growing and take over. Also little bits can break off and start growing in other places of the tank. Some people hate it, I don't mind it

Just trim it and net the trimmings and you will be fine

Java moss is a slow grower, it's not something will take over quickly, so it's easy to maintain, it's not like duckweed or anything.

Yes, in a week or two it will fill the tank, eat the shrimp, and start raiding the refrigerator at night...
