Inspired by my curiosity about plants getting "aerial advantage" over algae (not like I have much to speak of in this tank) but the Anubias came from another tank of mine along with the chunk of wood. I want to let the moss, anubias and ferns break the water surface, and see if they will climb up that root and out into the air above the tank...

I didn't even tie anything down, that java moss is like velcro, binding to the wood pretty good and acting as a support for the other plants roots and rhizomes. Of course, there ain't much movement in there to disturb things either, so...

Whatcha think?
