leaf hole problem-help!

Folks,
attached is a picture of holes all over my lily. I have a guppy tank with some Japmonica shrimp and 1 small albino pleco. A million small pond snails.
Are these leaves eaten or nutrient deficiency?

i can see similar holes in that sword, too. is there any browning around the edges, do they look like they're sort of burning away? if so, it could be a potassium deficiency and i would stick in some root tabs around those plants.

if not, i would suggest it's your pleco.
