Led?t8?t5?

Ok so I'm wondering what would be best for my tank 20Long I'm wanting to do low-med light plants so let's just say med u can't really go for watts per gal with led beings there low wattage so what lumens would I want or what watts in a t5 or t8 one with double bulbs what color temp do I want? Ty for UR help

Will I need any co2 for a 20 long doing med light plants?

I've got a 20L with low-med plants. I'm just using a pair of 18W CFLs. No need to overdo things.
 
I believe someone did par readings on 3W leds, and said that leds (depending on a few factors) are 2-3W per 1Wled. So to get 40W (2wpg) you would need between 13 and 20 watts of leds, or between 3 and 5 3W leds.

Lumens aren't the best measurement of spectrum as it puts weight on visible light to the human eye. Par measures the spectrum absorbed by plants, but is expensive to measure.
