lighting for 1.5 gal tank

my mom asked me to setup a tank for her desk at work so today i went out and bought a 1.5 gal aquarium that's 12"x5"x6". i'd like to get one of those clip-on lamps as long as it's not actinic but i havent come across any and probably never will. anyone know of a clip-on office/reading lamp that's similar? i'd like to get about 2 wpg and yes price is an issue.

If I were to get a desk lamp I would try to find one that used florecent lamps
incandesent lamps would heat the little aquarium to very heigh levels...
you could get screw in cf lamps for the desklamp and this might be your cheapest
and most redily available option.. HTH
