Lighting In My Five Gallon

I have a five gallon that I'm cycling for a Betta since I just lost one of mine when I was forced to do a fish in cycle because he was in desperate need of a bigger tank.

So, it came with a 15w florescent light. What range does this put me in? Still low? Or a bit higher?
