lighting question

Just a quick question about my lighting. I have a 36 g bowfrownt with a t5ho Nova extreme fixture, 48 Watts altogether. What kinda lighting is this? Low? Medium? High?

Thank you. Another question, sorry but I have Amazon swords with jungle root tabs but they keep dying. Like transparent and the leaves like break off, like snap if they're hard. Any reason why I can't seem to keep em alive?

Transparent? With that lighting, its going to be nutrient related. I'm not familiar with jungle root tabs, I use flourish tabs. What do they have in them? You're not getting emersed grown swords are you?

Yeah like you can start to see through em. And I don't think I'm getting emersed grown swords? I know that the leaves die and start growing submerged ones, right?

Yeah, but that's only usually the case if you get them from the dreaded tubes. What do the root tabs contain? N,P,K, and trace?
