I have the finnex planted + led light. It seems to be a really good light and love the way it looks.

Tank Lighting

Hello caut...

I use standard, florescent GE aquarium plant lights from the hardware store. They're inexpensive and last well over a year. Two are fine for plants that require only subdued lighting. I keep tanks that are a bit larger. 6500K bulbs are fine, either T12 40 watt or T8 32 watt will work. Add a little liquid fertilizer like Seachem's Comprehensive dosed every time you change the tank water and the plants will grow fine.

I love it so far. I have a fairly deep tank and it lights it up pretty good. I like how thin and sleek the fixture looks.
