Little bugs

Have a 10 that lately I have had these little bug creatures. They remind me of gnats. They are almost constantly swimming and are very annoying to look at. If any one could tell me how to get rid of them or tell me what they are because I have no idea. Please help!

There is a web site that lists different creatures in the water, someone linked it recently im not sure exactly what it is though. Water changes and vacuuming would probably help. Some critters a beneficial though.

I only have had like 10 cherry shrimp in there until today. I put 2 male guppys in there to day but it will not be permanent

Could they be baby cherry shrimp? They look like miniature adults

No they don't they look like two tiny little balls pushed together

I don't think it is scuds because I can not see any legs. I think it is seed shrimp
