Live plants

I have 4 guppies possible 14 goast shrimp 1 nitrate snail. I am new to live plants. There is one in front of the branch that is not doing well at all. Any help would be appreciated

What branch?
Can you post a picture of the plant in question and describe what is wrong wiht it?
