 Ok I have a 55 gal freashwater tank im going to set up I just got a ZooMed T5 Flora Sun bulb and a T5 Ultra Sun bulb each bulb is 46in...I need to start looking at the right plants for this type of lighting. My question is ... what is this lighting concidered? Med or High? I dont want to get the wrong plants for the lighting I have. Thanks

This thread along with the link to the updated thread within it is a great source to get an idea of what you are working with.

PAR vs Distance, T5, T12, PC - New Chart

Simply put you are likely in the low to medium-ish range, so you'll be able to grow most plants. The only ones I wouldn't attempt are the carpeting type which really need high light and co2 to grow well along the substrate level.

+1 with Jetajockey. Just to be clear, are these NO bulbs/fixture and not HO? That could also help determine, or approx better, where your at too?
