Melon sword, need help!

Okay so my melon sword decided to have a baby, so how am I supposed to detach it?

Just use a knife or a razor blade and cleanly separate it from the mother plant.

I separated the larger baby plant (right) and put it next to my baby amazon sword (left) which I grew from a bulb.

The melon I detached the baby from is growing a new leaf my other melon sword has two daughter plants
