Moss carpet

My tropical tank is boring me as its just fish, a bit of rock and water( also filter ect...), so I thought how about a carpet of moss and some plants?
I have absolutely no clue what to do to keep plants or to make them grow so I need help cheers

What kind of lighting do you have? In order to get a good carpeting effect, you really can't skimp on the light and co2.

What light would I need because I have the standard light

It's Moss. It's hardy and can grow under almost any lighting situation. Carpeting with other type plants would require possible CO2 and increased lighting. Not with Mosses.

What would i need to do it? Wanted to keep plants so wouldn't mind getting a co2 diffuser to keep them, what bulb would be needed
