Have you tried aquarium plant food? That could help them get nutrients to grow, also it depends on what type of plant you have, stem plants grow fast, others slower. Your plants may just be growing so slowly you can't notice the difference.

Yes I know that but leave become yellow and I try some liquid for plants and I try co2 kit made by my self from yeast and sugar that help for dome time but not for long

You need to research each plant you have.(Google the name) Lighting, Carbon and Nutrients are the legs of the plant triangle. What type of light on what size tank do you have? Do you use Excel or CO2 for carbon. What is your Nitrate level and what fretilizers do you use. Ferts need to be Macros (Nitrogen, Phosphates, Potasium. and Micros which are trace elemants.(Iron, & other minerals). OS.
