I've been looking around at some of the native plants that around found in Michigan because I thought it would be fun to grow some of them. Some of the plants we have here are actually quite neat. I think I am going to end up going fishing for more than just fish when it warms up :)

I recently went looking for natural plants in a freshwater spring on my property. I found a Ludwigia that is doing very well in my tank. I found some more I was going to go back for but the weather decided to turn really bad. Now I have to wait until it warms up again.

That pota. Crispus looks pretty excellent..
