New filter, have media questions

I just baught a XP3 and now i need to know what media to use in it. I have a 125g will be Moderately planted community tank. with 3.2wpg. TIA

In my fluval I run only floss and Matrix (seachem's bioring type media).. No need for anything else..

I use filter floss, ceramic rings, bio balls and plastic pot scrubbers.

I'm using the sponges that come with the XP filters, Bio-balls and Ceramic rings.
