Hey my camera finally came back from vacation, If you havent been following my other thread, than the short story is I started this 75g build a couple of weeks ago, its done to the point where ive added fish. Im certainly not finished tho (do these things ever finish? lol) but its a good start I think.

I have all pictures up in my other thread " 75 Big Bad Gallons Of Planted Green & Fish (Freshwater & Brackish Planted Tanks) (page 7)"

Or

I made a Public Album to view too (as the thread only allows 8 pictures).

Thanks for taking a look, your comments are apprciated.

Hi,
looks very nice I've got a bunch of non-aquatics in my tanks, I'm plannin on redoin them with crypts swords java moss/fern and some other goodies along with gettin real driftwood probly malaysian instead of the cheap plastic replica i have.

Hey, ya im going to get rid of the mondo grass soon as it starts to decay because it will not flourish underwater but for now its fine. Yes I find real driftwood and plants are ALOT nicer than the plastic versions. Not to mention there benficial aquatic qualitys. I like malaysian, but i used a dark mopani wood.

thanks for taking a look, Ill be updating with more pix in the coming weeks.

ooo $9? by by cheapo gravel...... does it need to stirred up every week? I've heard of toxic gases build up if you dont?

Its a fine silica sand not gravel. No just dont have over 2" in the bottom, and its very easy to vacum. Mine personally dosent even get sucked up in my python, but all you need is a light swirl above. As most the debris sits atop the sand and not burried like gravel. and ps If thats all the fish you have in those two tanks for real, I think you need much bigger tanks. 37 mollys + the rest in a 29g? I have 3 goldfish in a 30g and I think thats still to small.
