New planted tank

Hey guys, a few things. I just got my 15 gallon tank cycled and ready. The water seems a little cloudy, it went passed the bacterial bloom and clear and its slightly cloudy. I just added some plants and rocks. Then I added fish the next day. After that 5 of 10 died over 2 days. Not sure why. Is silt a problem or something else? Should I do a water change? Before I added the fish I checked the parameters and everything was fine. It seems like sand or silt is still blowing around cause it's in the leaves and stuff?

Thanks.

How long did it take to cycle the tank And how did you cycle it?
What is you weekly water change amount?
Please post the parameters so we can get a better picture of what is going on.

Fresh2O is asking the right questions. Depending on your answers, my guess would be ammonia poisoning from an incomplete cycle.
