Hi all, Just renovating my tank and want some advice on plants.

I want it to be a very planted tank. I realise this is no easy feat, and is a challenge but feel I am ready for this!

Its 180l, around 40 gals UK, its going to have maybe two or three, 4l DIY Co2 bottles.

I havent decided on lighting at the mo, but would guess i need at least 80w to get 2wpg. In between 5000k-10,000k. Do you think 2wpg is to low?

Any thoughts on the above?

Substrate wise, i have flourite and was thinking of having a layer of laterite. I probably wont need the laterite? But guess its better to be safe than sorry.

I'm looking at getting the below, for the foreground to middle.

HEMIANTHUS
CALLITRICHOIDES
ELEOCHARIS PARVULUS (DWARF MINI HAIR GRASS)
AMERICAN FISSEDENS F FONTANUS
MINI CHRISTMAS MOSS V MONTAGNEI MINI
VESICULARIS DUBYANA (TRUE JAVA MOSS)

Will try and get a good centre peice of bogwood. I already have two but they arnt big enough for a centre peice. I will try and grown the java moss over it.

Any thought son the above? E.g light/food requirements, them species together?

Any suggestions on the back ground plants and a few more middle ones?

Ferts wise, will i require this still? Bearing in mind i have the laterite and flourite? If so, any recommendations?

Will DIY co2 which i mentioned above be up to this?

Thanks in anticipation!
