I've used it, it works fine, but the slow release thing is definitely slow, so I've since opted for clay based root tabs.

what do you mean by the slow release is slow? does this mean that it takes a long time to start releasing or it just doesn't release enough to make it effective?

Well it's supposed to last for I believe 6 months or so. It just seemed less effective than regular root tabs that have to be replenished monthly.
