Orchid fertilizer for aquatic plants?

Hi there. I use a liquid fertilizer by Green garden for my orchids and was wondering if I could use it in my planted tank!? Packaging says ph stabilizer, copper 0.02. What d u guys think?

Most planted tanks need a balanced fertilizer.. the orchid one, what are the numbers are it ? should have 3 numbers, such as 10-10-10, or 15-30-15, something of that sort.
