Hello,

I tested my water and the water in my plant fish tank is pH 6.4 can plants grow in a aquarium where pH is 6.4?

I saw in a video that fish tank survive with pH parameter at 6-8. Are these parameters the same for plants in aquarium?

Pretty similar. Different fish need different parameters, what fish are in there?

Plants like some minerals. Do you know what the KH/GH are - Carbonate hardness/ General hardness?

Some plants like more hardness /calcium, and some do not seem to be bothered. What plants are you worried about? Anything specific, or just general thoughts?

I don't know the water hardness. I have a RODI unit and I get water from it. Do you think I need to buy a test kit for KH/GH?
