Plant ID

Hi all, was wondering if anyone could ID a plant, one of only two which arrived randomly and extra in an order my LFS had placed. They weren't sure what exactly it was or what conditions it would do better in, but I love the look of it so was considering buying, thanks in advance!

Ive never seen a plant like that before. It looks so interesting. Take it home anyway

I'm considering just buying them and seeing how they do. At the minute they have one in a tropical freshwater tank and one in cold water, as they didnt know where it would thrive and the problem is the one in cold water looks greener!

Look up rotala verticillaris - Wagonwheel. Kind of resembles it, just my thoughts.
