Plant ID...

Can some one help ID this? as i've forgotten its name and cant find it anywhere...

I got some bulbs of eBay last year and put them in my tank and pretty much forgot about them, they started to grow a little but weren't doing much so i left them alone. since i added my co2 system however they have shot up to the surface (26 inches) and to my surprise have started to flower?
