Picture 2 is Wisteria and pic 4 looks like anacharis. Question, are those planted in your tank with the weights and potting material left on them? If so you need to remove both and replant them.
 
Thanks I thought it was Wisteria, but the person in the shop didn't know what it was called *facepalm*

Answer, yes as I literally got them about 2 hours ago and the substrate I have is not deep enough to plant them well enough. So I am going to get some more asap (possibly Monday as tomorrow is Sunday and the shops are shut).

I see no rhizome and the leaf growth is coming from the center of the plant not along a rhizome.
