Plant Identification Help

Bought this from lfs and is attached to drift wood and i am told to put it as it is and not to plant it in soil. Which plant is this please ?

Third vote for bolbitis. Maybe the 'mini' species, though? Looks like smaller and more frilly leaves than my heudelotii. Nice looking plant. I'd definitely park it right on top of the substrate. You don't want to bury the rhizome.
