Plant Questions!

First, does anyone know what plant this is? I'm pretty sure it's some kind of crypt, but I dont what kind.



Second, I bought some water lilly bulbs from petsmart and they're growing what I thought were crazy roots, but now I'm pretty sure they're stems. How exactly do I pant them? Do I just bury the bottom half or something?

If the first one is as little as it looks and stays that way it Crypt Parva. Plant the bulb 1/2 to 2/3 in the substrate. If you plant bulbs too deep they can rot.
