Cool Plant Shipping

Does anyone have a good source for aquatic plants? The ones I have like Petco,etc. charge $30 flat fee for shipping! Quite high! Any sites where shipping is more reasonable?

They are somewhat better at $19 flat rate.

Buy from hobbyists. Flat rate is usually around $7 unless you're ordering a ton of plants.

Yep hobbyists are the best way, most give a lot more for a lot cheaper than the online sites also, since they don't have the overhead or set pricing.

Agreed that getting from a hobbyist is the best;

Check out HN1 and severum mama, both are members here and run a fish/plant/invert business. They have great reviews.

If they are out of stock or don't have what you need, you can also find some really good deals on aquabid.com

Almost all my plants came from aquariumplants.com
