You can often times find good deal ob Aquabid.com or in the trading Post areas of forums like this one or aquaticplantcentral.com. I have purchased from aquariumplants.com before and was generally happy with my order.

azgardens.com is another one that is pretty large. If you want the best selection and don't mind importing from Singapore, check out aquaspotworld.com

See my response to your other post. A smaller list would be ones that can not tolerate hard water.

If you have any local aquarium clubs, they may prove to be the best possible source for plants that do well in your area.

I have bought plants from greenchapter.com over in Singapore with much success. If you want something more exotic (esp crypts). You give them your order, and they literally have someone head out into the jungle and find it for you. Roland over there is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

i dont care where the plants come from .. just as long as the plants are snail free and not dead.. 8O

but they actually go out into the jungle ?? dang .. thats dedication .. but ya im looking for some colorful exotic plants .. i dont want just a plain green setup ...

i got my co2 red sea kit today now just gotta find some plants .. although i do have a anachris in the tank now ( 65 wat 6,700 k ) the leaves are turning brown .. im using flourish liq fert w/iron ... do u have any idea why they turn brown ? its planted into the gravel ..
