Planted isssue?

Hi I have a planted tank with no fish in, but have noticed small White worms on the glass... I googled it and it says it can be a symptom of too much food in the gravel... But there is no food as no fishies!!!

Help? Are they harmful? Can I get rid??

Yeah, I've got dwarf hair grass and a moss tree. I tried to put a pic but there is an error on the site apparently!

i had that same problem with my tank when i was cycling. it probably came in with your moss when you bought it. it probably is planaria. you can look it up and see if the image is the same as what you have. they will eventually go away if you don't have an ammonia source.

Moved to Freshwater & Brackish - Planted Tanks
