Need an advice ... I was going to plant my 30g tank with natural plants, when I discovered my fish has Ick. So, I started treating the water with Quick Cure (malachite green, formalin). Now I'm in a dilemma ... should I postpone the planting, or it doesn’t matter? I don’t have a separate, quarantine tank, so everything has to happen in the same space.
Thanks

I would personally hold off the planting, until after the treatment. It will be easier to do the water changes and gravel cleaning without the plants.
Just noticed the handle after I replied; that was my fathers name.

Just make sure you rinse your plants in a salt solution or something before you put them in, because i just recently had an ich outbreak and i have a sneaky suspicion it was from the new plants i got at the LFS... (they keep fish in their live plant tank.)

Thanks for the input guys. I think I'll hold the planting off.

p.s. Bill, your father and me may have the same origin. I come from Serbia. Milan is a very common name there.
