plants and cichlids

I am new to live plants but I am wondering if there are any plants besides anubias that will work for cichlids? Any help would be really appreciated, Thank you

I think a lot of types of mosses would work and i have put a plant in there called Wisteria that has held its own against the likes of my cichlids

It depends on the cichlids. Most SA or CA species will eat plants, but I don't have any problems growing Najas and floaters with my African peacocks.

if they eat plants,why dont you try duckweed? it grows really fast
