These are my new plants from Sweetaquatics.com Just thought I would post this so everyone knew what to expect when ording from them because I had a hard time finding real pictures of plants from any website so I figured I would put some out there and a short review.
I was very very disapointed with their customer service, They dont comunicate with you, they have no phone number, They rarely reply to emails and if they do they are short and dont answer any questions. Took 3 weeks 1 nice email 1 fustrated email and 1 threatening to dispute the payment email to get them to ship my plants. The first email I got from them a 3 days after I ordered saying they would ship in a week. They didnt ship so I sent another email 2 weeks in asking what was going on, got no reply, then got upset this week and sent them a long email on Monday saying how disappointed I was and that I would call pay-pal and have them dispute it. along with copies of the emails I got saying it would be shipped 2 weeks ago along with a copy of their web page saying all ordered would be shipped by the following Thursday. Within 10 mins of sending that email I got an email saying my plants had been shipped.
As far as quality of plants I am pleased couldnt really expect much better for the most part. With close inspection of every leaf of every plant I found 1 Blood worm and 1 slug looking thing and both were found on the "Red Flame" I have let them soak in a 5 gallon bucket and a 3 gallon bucket for a few hours and shook them now and then and so far no sign of duckweed like Iv heard are common.I will give them 3 out of 5 stars, only because the products are nice eventhough their service was terrible and well id rather have bad service and good product rather then good service and bad product.
Here are some pictures of all the plants I got from them so you can see them for yourself.
