I have 3 pieces of drift wood and 1 Anubias, 3 Asain Waterfern, and Amazon Sword. Are there plants that attach easier to drift wood or do all of these work? What is the best method to get it to root in? I have heard of people using zip ties, rubber bands, fishing line, and thread. Do I have to drill holes in the wood or cut anything? Any info would be awesome! Thanks

You do not have to drill holes in the wood. Wood is porous and the plants will attach. Any of the methods listed work.

You could also glue plants on if you can't figure out how to tie them on. Super glue, silicon (without additives such as anti mold), or epoxy are all fine. This is usually best for moss because it tends to fall apart.
