Post Plants suffering? Help!

I feel like I'm missing something. I've had tank up and running for 4 weeks, cycling is just about done. I feel like the plants have helped alot with ammonia being low during the cycling but now i feel like after 2 weeks of having the plants in tank i feel like they are not doing well. Some black spots appearing on plants, losing leaves and some just melting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
65 gallon
Pressurized co2
Finnex 24/7

Plants:
Ludwigia Repens
Hygrophila corymbosa
Madagascar Lace
Vallisneria Jungle
Eleocharis Parvula
Hygrophila Angustifolia
Java Fern

Dosing based on Estimated Index.
17ml Aquavitro Synthetic - twice/week
13ml Aquavitro Activate - twice/week
5ml Aquavitro Propel - three/week

Most plants are grown emersed, so there usually some die off as they adjust to being fully submerged. I don't know about the black spots-- pictures may help.
