please id these plants

I have a few pics, some are from my friends 55 and one is the plant I just gave to her today out of my 29. I have searched, but I just can't tell for sure. My friend also has a piece of quartz that this hair like agae is growing out of one spot, I am posting this one as well. If you notice her platty that is swimming vertically, it did that all day and is swimming fine now?? it is an older fish of hers.

The plants in the 1st, 3rd and 4th pics are sword plants (Echinodorus), the last one is a different species but I'm not sure what species either one is. The bigger one in the first pic looks like it's showing some nutrient deficiencies, as the leaves look a little yellow.

In the second pic, the algae growing out of the quartz, is it in a crack or vein in the rock? Veins are usually metal-rich and the algae may be taking advantage of the iron, magnesium or something else in there.
