Quick question about wisteria

I recently purchased some wisteria for my tropical tank. I took out the bundle of plants and planted them in the gravel, except for the 2 short ones that I put by themselves. Is this a good idea or should I spread the individual plants out a little bit to prevent them from competing for light?

You need to spread them out just to the point where the leaves touch each other thus giving all enough light. Wisteria is a good plant for using up some of the nitrates. OS.
 
Here is your pics take a look at the wisteria under the intake tube to the left.

Now take a look at it 3 weeks later after I added the root tab under it.
