riccia help

What are ways to make ar riccia carpet? Also, what are the other ways to have riccia without it floating?

I use large (3-4") rounded, flat stones, spread the Riccia in a thin layer over the top surface, cover with a hairnet, pull it tight (skin-tight essentialy, so that no fish can get their fins caught in the netting), secure it on the underside of the rock with a zip-tie, and clip the excess netting off with scissors. It has worked very well for me but there are several other excellent methods that I'm sure other members will share. Be prepared though, keeping Riccia (and keeping it looking good) can be a chore
