Root Tabs-Frequency of Repl?

How often so you replace your root tabs?

Depends on the type of root tab. Osmocote plus root tabs release slowly, so each one will last 3-4 months. Clay root tabs on the other hand release quite a bit faster, so you have to replace them every 1-2 months.

I add my root tabs every 45 days for Swords and about every 60 or so for Crypts. Swords use the nutrients very quickly and usually need to be added more often.

I'm doing it about right then. I've been using Seachem's. Do you suggest any others that would be better?

I'm not so sure any one is any better than another. I just get the AquariumPlants.com ones because I can get straight phosphate and iron tabs for extra of those for the swords. Plus you get about 75 in a bottle for under 8-9 dollars.
