Sanitizing Plants?

Due to the Angelfish Plague, I need to completely empty out my tank, bleaching the tank out, and cycling it all over again.
I have almost 75 dollars in plants, and they will need to be disinfected, because the plague will stick to the plants.
How do I disinfect? If I completely dry them, won't the plants die?

Get a bottle of hydrogen peroxide 3% at the drug store. In a bowl or dish large enough for all your plants. Mix 1 part H2O2 with 4 parts dechlorinated water(match temp close to tank's). Submerge all of the plants completely for 30 min. You can weight plants down into the water with a small dish on top. Take plants out, empty bowl & refill with clean dechlorinated tap water(temp matched again), put plants in it until ready to replant. Don't rinse plants under tap. Just put straight back into the clean water bowl. Hope this helps. So sorry for your misfortune. Good luck, OS.

Water is H2O. Hydrogen peroxide is H2O2. Bleach is sodium hypochlorite, NaClO.
