May I make a suggestion? If you get rid of your background and go flat black, your scape would look SOO much better. Your driftwood would pop out beautifully and your greens will be greener. I feel your background washes everything out :(

Yea I think your right. I think this weekend I might pick up an all black background. Tanks still atlittle cloudy from moving and setting it all up too
 
Yay! I can finally say I have a planted tank with my 1 plant. Lol.

Yeah dude I know there's a algae problem this is my first aquarium and I'm trying to work it out
 
I think the algae on the log looks sweet. Must be a pita on everything else though.
 
I do like the way the log looks but I'm having some trouble with bba
 
25 gallon tank setup. Using aqueon 25 gallon premium tank.

40-gallon - mix of real and fake. Plants on the right are real, on the left, fake. Just bought some seachem packs today that are supposed to help with the major nutrient deficiency, particularly in the large Amazon sword. Mostly rummy-nose tetras swimming about.
